The White Gold team is on site and the season is now firing on all cylinders! White Gold recently commenced our fully funded 2026 exploration program on our district-scale land package in the prolific White Gold District in Yukon, Canada. With three diamond drill rigs now turning the program is in high gear. The primary objectives of the 2026 season are resource growth and expansion within, adjacent and in close proximity to our four known gold deposits — Golden Saddle, Arc, Ryan's Surprise, and VG — all of which remain open for expansion along strike and down-dip, and to continue to make new gold and critical mineral discoveries on our other prospective properties.
The fully funded program, supported by strategic partners including Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, will include the largest diamond drilling campaign in company history. As VP Exploration Dylan Langille noted, the 2025 campaign delivered outstanding results extending the high-grade core at Golden Saddle and successfully intersecting gold mineralization on initial step-down holes at the Arc deposit — and now, with three rigs turning simultaneously, we have the opportunity to meaningfully move the needle across all four deposits at once.

W2 Spin-Out: Record Date and Meeting Date Set
On June 15, 2026, we announced the filing of the requisite notice setting the record and meeting dates for the annual and special meeting of shareholders, at which shareholders will be asked to approve the proposed Spin-Out of W2 Critical Minerals Corp. The record date has been set as June 29, 2026, and the meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
Following completion of the Spin-Out, the Critical Mineral Assets to be held by W2 Critical Minerals Corp. will include six properties — Bridget, Loonie, Wolf, Hunker, Hayes, and Toonie — prospective for copper, molybdenum, tungsten, antimony, zinc, and bismuth. Shareholders will receive one Spinco share for every five WGO shares held, with White Gold retaining a 19.9% interest. |

As CEO David D'Onofrio noted: "The setting of these dates marks an important step toward completing the proposed Spin-Out as we continue to advance and execute on our stated milestones including our recently commenced and largest ever diamond drill program, the upcoming maiden PEA, and more, which we believe have the potential to make 2026 a transformational year."
